S. Burnett & Associates Limited issues bid opportunities and receives submissions using bids&tenders digital procurement platform. If you are not a current subscriber to bids&tenders, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of bid opportunities and submit bids to S. Burnett & Associates Limited.

This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection(s).

To submit a bid, bidders need: 

1) A bids&tenders supplier account; and,

2) To register as a Plan Taker for the specific bidding opportunity. 

This will provide  suppliers with access to the  bid call documents, notices and addenda and the ability to upload bid documents.  

Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.
