S. Burnett & Associates Limited (SBA) is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for the remediation of structural bracing at the steel truss bridge (Bridge 0008) located along 13th Line, Concession 13 and 14, Lot 14 in the Township of East Garafraxa. The following information is included in this RFQ:
Request for Quotation documents may be obtained on S. Burnett & Associates Limited’s page on bids&tenders: https://sbaengineering.bidsandtenders.ca Bidders must register with bids&tenders in order to bid. Documents shall not be provided in any other manner. Bidders not meeting submission criteria are, at the discretion of the Owner, subject to disqualification. Quotations will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Quotations are to be provided in full on the Form of Quotation included within this RFQ document. Quotations are to be emailed to S. Burnett & Associates Limited by the time and date of closing above to: info@sbaengineering.com. All inquiries shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 29, 2026, and will be replied to bidders Monday, November 2, 2026. Enquiries are to be directed to Blake Aram, Civil Engineer, at: blake.aram@sbaengineering.com. A site visit has not been scheduled. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to make themselves familiar with the project location. The subject bridge is located along 13th Line, spanning the Grand River (43.861875 N, 80.272494 W). |
